“Bill & his crew at #16 on East College Ave in Normal are THE BEST. I recently blew a tire on College Ave & carefully limped my truck over to their shop. They assessed the situation, referred me to a reputabe tire dealer & proceeded to keep my truck overnite until the replacement tire could be purchased & then mounted. Not their job…absolutely the opposite response I got from Bill the mgr! He showed me respect, care & concern, & immense kindness. What a great role model he is for his fellow co-workers! I was in Normal visiting family & live 3 hours away. He made sure I knew to follow-up with our local car dealer when back home & then sent me safely back out onto the road. Thank you Mr. Bill…we need more like you in this crazy world. You’re definitely one of the good guys!”

“I visited the E Eldorado location on the morning of 11/5. I got a full service oil change and new wiper blades installed in 9 minutes. Absolutely outstanding service, friendly employees who know their jobs well, and a clean building. I was very impressed considering the substandard customer service which is so common these days at many businesses. Highly recommend this place.”

“I had a similar experience to a previous reviewer. I wasn’t sure if the oil was replaced at the dealership when my son had it in for an oil line leak. Took it to Speed Lube to get a change just to be safe since the maintenance light was on. Just sat down and the tech came in and said the oil looked new and had been topped off recently. She reset the computer and sent me on my way. I appreciated their honesty! This will be my permanent oil change shop for all of our vehicles. Thank you!”

“We took our car to Speed Lube John the manager worked with us to solve our problem. The issue was not with their work but a defective part from the factory. John was professional courteous and took care of the issue I would highly recommend speed lube”

“I went to the Speed Lube at the corner of W. Grand and Rt 48 intending to get an oil change because of the alert on my dashboard. The staffer named Sterling was very professional and very honest. He told me that I didn’t need an oil change at this time and showed me the alert feature on my SUV. I’ve had the vehicle only a few months and didn’t know about them. He could have just changed the oil and charged me but he didn’t. Thank you!”
